The Visit
An impossibly wealthy woman returns to her poverty-stricken hometown. She promises its citizens a sum of money so vast it will return the town to its former glory—on one horrifying condition: the townspeople must kill the man who wronged her in her youth. Here, hypocrisy runs rampant, bribes are justified, and a cold-blooded murder is condoned as a just act of retribution.
